"Gratitude turns what we have into enough." - Aesop
Take a moment to reflect on the meaning of this quote and how it applies to your life.
List three things you are grateful for today:
Describe a person in your life whom you appreciate and why:
What is one positive experience or accomplishment from yesterday?
What challenge did you face yesterday and how did you handle it? What did you learn?
Set a positive intention or affirmation for today (e.g., "I choose to focus on the good," or "I am resilient and can handle challenges with grace"):
Visualize yourself having a wonderful day today. What does that look like? How do you feel?
Take one minute to practice this simple mindfulness exercise:
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Focus your attention on the sensations of breathing - the feeling of the air entering and leaving your nostrils, the rise and fall of your chest. If your mind wanders, gently redirect your attention back to your breath. Practice this for one minute, being fully present in the moment.
