Founded in 2010 by former barista Zoe Valdez, our mission is simple: to source the world's best coffee beans and roast them to perfection, so you can wake up to the most amazing coffee you've ever tasted.
We don't just buy coffee beans from anywhere. We travel to remote regions of Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia to develop direct trade relationships with small family farms. This allows us to secure exclusive micro-lots of the highest quality arabica beans while ensuring the farmers earn a fair price to support their communities.
Back at our roasting facility in Portland, Oregon, our team of Q Grader certified roasters use both traditional and innovative techniques to highlight the unique flavor profiles of each bean. We then package the coffee at peak freshness and ship to customers worldwide.
