Mobile Banking App Onboarding Flow

Welcome to our new mobile banking app! This intuitive onboarding flow will guide you through setting up your account, learning key features, and completing your first transactions in just a few minutes. Let's get started!

Step 1: Account Setup

• Download the mobile app and open it
• Select "New User" and enter your personal details
• Choose a strong password and enable biometric login for added security
• Agree to the terms of service
• Your new account is created! 🎉

Step 2: Direct Deposit Setup

• From the main dashboard, tap "Set Up Direct Deposit"
• Enter your employer information and routing details
• Choose the accounts to deposit money into (Checking, Savings, etc.)
• Review and submit your direct deposit authorization
• You'll receive a confirmation once your employer processes the request

Step 3: Adding Your First Payee

• Tap the "Bill Pay" icon from the main menu
• Tap "Add Payee" and select the type (company, individual, bank)
• Enter the payee details like name, address and account number
• The payee will be saved so you can quickly pay them anytime

Step 4: Setting Up and Scheduling Bills

• From the Bill Pay screen, tap "Schedule Payment"
• Choose the payee, payment amount, delivery speed and date
• Decide if it's a one-time or recurring payment
• Review and authorize the payment
• You'll see the scheduled payment in your Bill Pay dashboard

Step 5: Making Your First Funds Transfer

• Tap "Transfers" from the main menu
• Select the accounts to transfer from and to
• Enter the transfer amount and choose the delivery speed
• Review the transfer details and authorize it
• The money will move between your accounts instantly or on the scheduled date

Step 6: Finding Nearby ATMs

• Tap "ATM Locator" from the main menu
• Allow the app to access your location
• You'll see a map and list of the closest ATMs
• Tap an ATM for more details like hours, directions and fees
• Save your favorite ATMs for quick access later
