This project will implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer data management, enable better sales pipeline visibility, and automate key reports. The project's success will be measured by the following criteria: - All customer data is accurately migrated into the new CRM - Sales team is able to effectively manage their pipeline in the CRM - Key reports are automated and easily accessible

The project budget is $75,000, funded by the Sales department. Any additional funding requires approval from the VP of Sales.
