All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, please allow adequate time for crafting before your item is shipped.
Tracking is included with all orders at no additional cost. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on during checkout. We highly recommend insuring orders over $100 in value.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to swap your item for another of equal value. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
